Housing accommodations and restaurant selections are the responsibility of the participants.
All students, including auditors, may receive a reduced-price ticket to all festival concerts, according to seating availability and/or logistic/organizational requirements.
All public events may be recorded for the festival’s promotional or archival use. Students may request a copy of their performances directly with the camera operator and accept his/her payment terms.
All participants must have proper concert attire, i.e. black dress and white or black dress shirt.
At the end of the festival, a certificate of participation will be issued.
